How do I apply this product?

Prep eyelids beforehand to ensure that they are fully clean and dry. Remove contact lenses if applicable. Shake the serum well, and draw the applicator along the lid where eyelashes meet the skin (similar to liquid eyeliner).

Apply twice daily for best results.

When will I see results?

Visible results usually occur within 3-4 weeks of consistent use as instructed. Some of our testers have seen results as early as 2 weeks!

What if I have sensitive skin?

When introducing new skincare products into your routine, it is always good practice to patch test on your skin beforehand. The skin around your eyes are thin and as a result, usually more sensitive. This is not recommended for those with hypersensitive skin to cosmetic creams or serums.

I wear contact lenses. Can I still use this serum?

Absolutely! Make sure you apply the serum and allow it to dry fully before putting on contact lenses.  The product should not be applied where it directly enters your eye.

Is this safe during pregnancy and/or while breastfeeding?

This product was not tested on anyone who was pregnant/breastfeeding. We recommend you consult your doctor before using this product.

I wear lash extensions, can I use the product?

Yes! You certainly can.

Is it normal to feel tingling on my lash line when using the product?

Yes, some users experienced mild tingling, but it should be a temporary sensation. Discontinue use if irritation develops or increases. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.

Is the product “clean”?

We are "clean" per Sephora's criteria.

Is the product free from parabens and perfumes?

Yes! It is.

Is the product cruelty-free?

Yes. This product was NOT tested on animals.

How long does shipping take?

The product is mailed via Canada Post within 1-3 business day of your order, and should arrive within 5-7 business days. US orders may take up to 10 business days.

All domestic orders are shipped with Canada Post Expedited service. Due to COVID-19, there may be some delayed with shipping that we cannot control.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once the packaged has been notified delivered.
